The Gap in Cultural & Safeguarding Training is Putting Children at Risk

Across the UK, Black and Mixed-heritage children experience incosistent care due to a lack of culturally relevant training.

This impacts:

  • Safeguarding

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Identity development

  • Basic care and hygiene

  • Self-esteem and belonging

Teachers, social workers, foster carers and nursery teams often want to help but have not been trained to meet these needs safely, confidently or legally.

Your organisation deserves clear guidance, practical training and CPD-accredited tools that empower your team to do their jobs well.
