The Story of Doops

I understand that learning how to braid can be daunting, and that’s why I created Doops. Braiding has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I never felt like I understood my hair.
Then, my mum taught herself how to do my hair, which brought out my love for braiding. As I got older, I wanted more control over my hair, so I started braiding it myself. Over time, braiding became my whole word. I love braiding because it allows me to be creative and gives me the opportunity to brighten someones day.
My mission is to empower parents and children by teaching them how to style their hair, which ultimately instills confidence in children to love their hair. Our academy offers workshops and courses that cater to parents or carers and children who want to learn the art of braiding. Our goal is to make braiding accessible, fun, and creative
